When you use the contact form, the website processes the name, email address, optional project/company information and message you provide. Contact-form data are processed because they are necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or to manage the professional communication you initiate. Where applicable, limited processing may also be based on compliance with legal obligations or the controller’s legitimate interest in protecting the website and handling legal claims.

Recipients and service providers

The website is hosted on Hostinger infrastructure. Hostinger and technical providers used to operate email, hosting and security may process limited data on behalf of, or in support of, the controller. Data are not sold and are not used by this website for newsletters, advertising or profiling.

External media and links

YouTube players are not loaded until you actively choose to play a video. At that point Google/YouTube may process technical information under its own terms. The website uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain where technically appropriate. Links to Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, Amazon Music, publications and other external services open those services, which then operate under their own privacy policies.

International transfers

Some external providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where such processing occurs, the relevant provider is responsible for using an applicable transfer mechanism and safeguards under data-protection law. No external media is loaded by this website before the user requests it. Fonts and images are served by this website.

Retention

Messages and related professional correspondence are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the professional relationship, comply with legal and accounting obligations, or establish and defend legal claims. Technical security logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s operational and security policies.
